Created with cooperation between Yevgeniy Vasilievich Stechkin and polish
company Łucznik (Archer ) with help of stolen during the War blueprints from former
Smith&Wesson company this weapon is a standard issue for FSB officers and other
Federation special forces . While the ammo is not common and expensive , and it’s
magazine has just five bullets , the revolver has great accuracy , it has 120 meters range ,
and it’s special 8x39 subsonic bullet that can easily penetrate most helmets and armors with ease making this weapon extremely useful for all kind of modern ninja work .
